ABOUT US

The Municipal Clerk serves as Secretary to the Township Council and is the custodian of all minutes, ordinances, resolutions, bonds, deeds and contracts. The Clerks office issues licenses for dogs, cats, alcoholic beverages (liquor), bingos and raffles, towing, car dealerships, as well as permits for public gatherings, peddler, solicitors and street openings.

Dog / Cat License

Dog licenses are renewed in the Clerk's office during the month of January. Proof of current rabies and proof of spaying or neutering must be presented when a license is purchased by mail or in person. Dog license fee is $11.00 for dogs that are spayed or neutered and $14.00 for dogs that are not spayed or neutered. The Township will charge a delinquency fee of $5.00 plus $1.00 per month for each month delinquent.

Cat licenses are renewed during the month of September. Proof of current rabies must be presented when purchased by mail or in person. Cat license fee is $11.00 for cats that are spayed or neutered and $14.00 for cats that are not spayed or neutered. The Township will charge a delinquency fee of $5.00 plus $1.00 per month for each month delinquent.
