Jazzercise, the #1 dance fitness program in the world, combines elements of jazz dance, kick-boxing, Pilates, yoga, resistance training and more to create a truly effective program for people of every age and fitness level.  The fun and easy-to-follow routines include warm-up, aerobic, floor work and cool down.  A Jazzercise workout improves your cardio-vascular fitness level, burns calories and tones muscles.  This class is for all levels of fitness and the instructor will show how to work at the intensity level best for you. Circuit Training format is alternated to challenge muscle groups.  Bring a mat, hand-held weights (optional) and wear something comfortable and aerobic or cross-training sneakers.
