Meet The Municipal Prosecutor




Kimberley Stuart has been in continuous practice for the last 24 years. A member of New Jersey and Pennsylvania bars, Ms. Stuart has assisted people and small businesses in both New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania in civil and criminal cases. Ms. Stuart earned her Bachelor’s degree at Rutgers University and her law degree at Delaware Law School. During her career, Ms. Stuart has worked in both public and private sectors, dealing with issues such as brownfields and economic redevelopment, contract law and legislation. The vast majority of her practice has been dedicated to the defense and prosecution of criminal and juvenile cases. Over the years, she has litigated tens of thousands of cases and had helped bring positive change the lives of many individuals an community members. Born in a small New Jersey town like Lawrenceville, Ms. Stuart has raised her family on the same street as her parents and grandparents did. Community-minded, Ms. Stuart has been a municipal prosecutor since 2002. She has also served as a member of her zoning, planning and school boards, dedicating countless hours to volunteer service. Ms. Stuart thoroughly enjoys her role as Municipal Prosecutor for the Township of Lawrence, ensuring that our community remains a wonderful place to live and grow.
