|Kevin P. Nerwinski, Esq., was raised in Lawrence Township and attended Eldridge Park Elementary School, St. Ann Grammar School and Notre Dame High School (83’). He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rider University (88’) and his Juris Doctor degree from The Beasley School of Law at Temple University (94’). Since 1996, he has maintained a private practice of law in Lawrence Township and has served the community over the years as the Municipal Prosecutor, Municipal Attorney and Municipal Judge before taking over the Manager role in 2017 full-time. He has been married to his wife Judy since 1989 and they have two children, Jakob and Sara. Kevin and Judy reside in Lawrence with their dog Bo.|

The Township Manager is the chief executive and chief administrative officer of the Township government. Responsibilities of the Manager include the appointment and removal of Township personnel (except appointments made by Township Council pursuant to State law), the supervision of all departments of the Township government, the negotiation of contracts, the preparation of the budget, the management of municipal property and the coordination of departmental activities.
