Health Lectures are offered the 1st Wednesday of each month at the Lawrence Senior Center at 11:00 am. A related screening is held the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 1:00 pm. Call 844-7094 or 844-7048 for additional information.

The Senior Center also includes a lounge area where individuals are welcome to come relax, socialize, watch television or read. Call the Office on Aging to arrange for our van to pick you up and bring you to the Center. Mercer County also provides transportation through T.R.A.D.E. by calling (609) 530-1971. The Executive Director of the Office on Aging, Lillian LaSalle, will be happy to assist you in any way possible. Many seniors in Lawrence have extensive backgrounds in varied fields of expertise. The Senior Center is open to your suggestions and willing to accept any assistance you would like to offer. Your suggestions concerning the activities you think would be of interest to seniors are also welcomed. Perhaps you would like to volunteer to teach a class or give a symposium on a topic of interest to seniors. Call the Senior Center, let us know.

If you are 60 years of age or older and have not yet visited the Center or taken advantage of the activities already scheduled, please stop in and join us.
