SoleMates - Adult Walking Club
Join us for a leisurely stroll through our Lawrence Township parks! This club will meet once a week and walk for about 45 minutes each session. These walks will be mild, with mostly flat terrain. A great way to safely socialize, exercise, get some fresh air and soak in beautiful Lawrence Township!

Yoga In The Park
This flow is a whole body stretch, which also stretches your mind. Allow your balance, flexibility, and strength to help you through 3 peak poses.Classes will run for six weeks on Wednesday evenings from 5:00pm to 6:00pm at Village Park on the Bergen Street entrance, near the basketball courts.
