Aqua will be upgrading their existing well facilities at 54 Denow Road and 48 Lawrenceville Pennington Road(behind the Village Mill). The work is necessary to comply with environmental water quality regulations and project duration is anticipated to be 4-6 months. Construction staging will be adjacent to Denow Road. Access along the Johnson Trolley Line will be generally maintained although at certain times, access may be restricted for loading/unloading of equipment. All work is expected to be completed during normal working hours.
Construction of Bioretention Basins on Route 295
The NJ DOT will be constructing biorentention basins along Route 295 in the vicinity of milepost 69 and 70. Work will take place from 9am to 3pm and is expecting to be completed April 20. Motorists should anticipate traffic delays and daily closure of the exit ramp.
Water Main Work Along US Route 206 (Main Street)
Aqua is performing a pipe replacement along US Route 206 (Main Street) in Lawrenceville between Titus Avenue and Franklin Corner Road and along Hendrickson Road (between US Route 206 and Willow Road). Customers may experience low to no water pressure and can expect traffic diversions and equipment on-site during the work period. Working hours for US Route 206 will be 8:00 pm - 5:00 am, Monday-Thursday nights beginning 4/6.
